Return policy

  1. All returns must be pre-approved by calling or emailing D-K production Group.
  2. Return all shipments to 8755 E Highway 90. Monticello, KY 42633.
  3. Customers have 5 days from date of receipt to return products for a replacement or refund of the price paid.
  4. A copy of your invoice must accompany all returns.
  5. If original shipment is damaged, please include a picture.
  6. All products must be returned with all the original components, and paperwork it came with.
  7. All products that are not defective or are without original packing may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  8. Special order items and products that have been manufactured or altered are not returnable.
  9. All shipments must be prepaid. Return shippingcost will not be refunded, unless the reason for the return is our fault.
  10. Returns must be send via standard USPS ground. Express delivery shipping charges will not be refunded.
